Terms of service

KeroCraft is a mod for Minecraft Java and a service that builds inside the game from what you ask for in words.

The mod is free. What you pay for is the service, and you pay in credits: everything you ask for costs a known amount, shown on screen before anything is spent.

The service is provided by Alan Ponce, Argentina. For questions: uxkero@gmail.com.

Purchases are processed by Commet, acting as merchant of record. That means Commet is the counterparty to the payment, issues the receipt, and applies its own buyer terms alongside these.

Card details are handled by Commet. KeroCraft never sees or stores them.

The service starts the moment you pay, as soon as the credits reach your account. Before paying you expressly agree that it starts this way and that, because of this, you cannot withdraw from the purchase once it is made. Refunds follow the refund policy.

You need an account to use the service. The details must be truthful, and the account is the responsibility of whoever opens it, including what is done from it.

An account belongs to one person. The Team plan lets several Minecraft players use the same account and share its credits, which is not the same as sharing the account with strangers.

To buy a plan you must be of legal age, or have permission from a parent or guardian, who is responsible for the purchase.

Credits are the unit you pay the service with, and they are not money. They cannot be transferred to another account, sold, or converted to cash, and they have no value outside KeroCraft.

They are spent when you ask, which is when the work happens, not when the blocks land in your world. If a request never completes, the credits return to the account on their own.

Credits do not expire: they stay in the account even if the plan is cancelled.

The service builds from what you write. It may not be used to ask for or produce illegal content, or instructions for committing a crime.

Nor for sexual content without the consent of the people involved, including content made to look like a real person, nor sexual content involving minors in any form.

Nor for hate, harassment, threats, or incitement to violence against a person or a group.

Nor for malware, instructions to break into systems, credential theft, or attempts to get around the service's safeguards.

Nor to publish someone's personal data without permission, impersonate a real person, or pass off what was generated as something it is not.

You also may not resell the service as your own, automate usage to overload it, or attempt to reach parts of the system that are not public.

An account doing any of this is suspended, and closed in serious cases.

Whoever writes the prompt is responsible for what they ask for, for what comes out, and for what they do with the result afterwards.

If you upload your own image as a reference, you are stating that you have the right to use it. Images you do not hold the rights to may not be used.

Results are approximate by nature and worth checking before you rely on them for anything that matters.

What KeroCraft builds in your world belongs to whoever asked for it. No ownership is claimed over it, and anything uploaded as a reference stays with whoever uploaded it.

The mod, the service, the brand and the site belong to KeroCraft and are not licensed by buying credits.

If you believe a build published in the community uses something of yours without permission, write to uxkero@gmail.com with the link and the basis for the claim, and it will be reviewed. Anything that should come down, comes down.

Accounts that repeatedly infringe third-party rights are closed.

KeroCraft may remove or stop showing a published build, filter or refuse a request, restrict features, and suspend or close an account.

This applies both to breaches of these terms and to reasonable suspicion of abuse, and where the risk warrants it, action does not wait for confirmation.

The service is provided as is. Reasonable effort goes into keeping it working, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed, and neither is any particular result: generation is approximate by nature.

Prices and these terms may change. A change affecting an active plan is announced by email before it applies.

These terms are governed by the laws of Argentina, without prejudice to the rights a buyer has under the laws of their own country.
