Terms of service

KeroCraft is a mod for Minecraft Java and a service that builds inside the game from what you ask for in words.

The mod is free. What you pay for is the service, and you pay in credits: everything you ask for costs a known amount, shown on screen before anything is spent.

The service is provided by Alan Ponce, Argentina. For questions: uxkero@gmail.com.

Purchases are processed by Paddle, acting as merchant of record. That means Paddle is the counterparty to the payment, issues the receipt, and applies its own buyer terms alongside these.

Card details are handled by Paddle. KeroCraft never sees or stores them.

You need an account to use the service. The details must be truthful, and the account is the responsibility of whoever opens it, including what is done from it.

An account belongs to one person. The Team plan lets several Minecraft players use the same account and share its credits, which is not the same as sharing the account with strangers.

Credits are the unit you pay the service with, and they are not money. They cannot be transferred to another account, sold, or converted to cash, and they have no value outside KeroCraft.

They are spent when you ask, which is when the work happens, not when the blocks land in your world. If a request never completes, the credits return to the account on their own.

While the plan is active, credits do not expire.

The service may not be used to generate illegal content, content inciting hate or violence, sexual content involving minors, or content impersonating a real person.

You also may not resell the service as your own, automate usage to overload it, or attempt to reach parts of the system that are not public.

An account doing any of this is suspended, and closed in serious cases.

What KeroCraft builds in your world belongs to whoever asked for it. No ownership is claimed over it.

The mod, the service, the brand and the site belong to KeroCraft and are not licensed by buying credits.

The service is provided as is. Reasonable effort goes into keeping it working, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed, and neither is any particular result: generation is approximate by nature.

Prices and these terms may change. A change affecting an active plan is announced by email before it applies.

These terms are governed by the laws of Argentina, without prejudice to the rights a buyer has under the laws of their own country.
