Privacy policy

For the account: your email, the name you pick for the game chat and, if you sign in with Discord, the identifier, name and avatar Discord returns.

For what you ask: the text of the request, the size, the time, and which game it came from. It is used to charge credits, to give them back if something fails, and to help when you write in.

For your Discord servers: the identifier, name and icon of each one. Nothing else. Members, channels and messages of those servers are never seen.

If you connect your account with the KeroCraft Discord server, through the button in the #login channel or by signing in with Discord: your Discord identifier and username, to give you your plan role on that server.

Signing in to the website with Discord adds you to the KeroCraft server with your plan role. Discord shows this on its permissions screen before you accept.

The server bot uses your Discord name and avatar for the welcome image it posts in #bienvenida, and reads members' roles to keep plan roles up to date. It does not read message content.

Tickets in #help are private Discord threads: only the person who opens one and the staff can see it.

Card details, which Commet handles. KeroCraft never sees them.

Your Minecraft world, its coordinates, or anything you built before. The service receives a request and returns a build; it does not walk through your game.

The Discord credential, which is used at sign-in to read the server list and add you to the KeroCraft server, and is never stored.

With Commet, to take payment and invoice.

With Discord, if you choose to sign in that way or connect your account with the KeroCraft server.

With the email provider, to send your sign-in code.

With the artificial intelligence providers that generate what you asked for, and only what is needed to generate it.

It is never sold or handed to anyone for advertising.

Each account sees only its own. Nobody else can read your Discord servers: when accounts are crossed to find people in common, the only thing returned is how many servers are shared, never which ones.

Appearing to other accounts is optional and chosen by hand, server by server. Nobody shows up in a list they did not join.

Cookies are used to keep you signed in. There are no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Visits to the website are counted, including which pages are seen, which site you came from, and your country and device, with our own tool running on our servers and without cookies. It is not shared with third parties or used for advertising.

Mod downloads are also counted, as well as each time the game checks for a new version, along with the installed version. Your IP address is not stored: a code that changes every day is kept instead, used only to avoid counting the same person twice on the same day, and it cannot identify you.

Account data is kept while the account exists. The record of what was requested is kept as long as needed for support and accounting.

You can ask for a copy of your data or for your account to be deleted by writing to uxkero@gmail.com. Deleting the account also deletes its stored servers, its requests and its Discord connection.
